George Frideric Handel

Allemande in B minor, HWV 479

c. 1721–1722

This is an earlier version of the allemande from the suite in D minor (HWV 436). The theme is also used in the sinfonia to the third act of the opera Ezio (HWV 29) and the trio sonata in E minor (HWV 398, op. 5 no. 3).
